THORRE is an alternative rock band from Cagayan de Oro that has been making noise in the local rock scene since 2016. The band made its mark as a Grand Finalist in the Red Horse Pambansang Muziklaban 2016, representing Mindanao on the national stage. In 2021, they took home the Saludo Excellence Award for Best Alternative Rock Band, adding another milestone to their journey. Over the years, THORRE has released two EPs, Mag Umpisang Muli (2016) and Live Love Hate Heal (2022) and a handful of singles, each capturing a different chapter of the band's sound and story. After years of writing, performing, and growing together, THORRE is back with its latest single, “Walay Lain.” Staying true to their roots, the band continues to make music that comes from real experiences, honest emotions, and the kind of stories people can relate to.
